Ingredients
4 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
½ cup white onion, chopped
1–2 jalapeños, minced (adjust to taste)
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Chop everything. Keep the pieces small for the perfect scoop.
2. Mix it up. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Let it rest. Chill for at least 30 minutes so the flavors blend.
4. Taste and adjust. Add more salt or lime to your liking.
Notes
For a smoky twist, roast the tomatoes before chopping.
If you prefer a mild salsa, remove the jalapeño seeds.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and grilled dishes.
