Ingredients
3 cups Corn or Rice Chex cereal
2 cups bagel chips, broken into pieces
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup cashew pieces
½ cup melted butter
3 tbsp dill pickle juice
1 tbsp dried dill or 2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp ranch seasoning powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, bagel chips, pretzels, and cashews.
- In a smaller bowl, mix melted butter, dill pickle juice, dill, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dry mix, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
- Spread mixture on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Swap in almonds or pecans for cashews if preferred.
Add cayenne or hot sauce for a spicy twist.
