Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden and flaky.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
